In-Store Purchases
All vintage vinyl, apparel, and memorabilia purchased in person are sold as is and are final sale. We encourage you to inspect all items thoroughly before purchasing, as we do not offer refunds or exchanges for in-store transactions.
Online Orders
We understand that you can't inspect items in person when shopping online. Therefore, we offer a 7-day return window for eligible online orders, starting from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for an online return:

The item must be in the exact same condition as when you received it. Any signs of wear, damage, or alteration will void the return eligibility.

You must contact us within the 7-day window to initiate the return process.

The item must be returned with all original tags, packaging, and any accompanying documentation.
Please note:

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Items designated as "final sale" or "as is" on the product page are not eligible for return, even if purchased online.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your online order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem promptly, either by issuing a refund or arranging for a replacement if available.
